This company is very prompt and extremely honest. They talked to us about our air conditioner problems without being pushy and actually recommended we talk to our home warranty company rather than try to 'take' the business. We did need a replacement and DID use our home warranty company, but we will recommend One Hour to all our friends!

Called because our AC had quit. Tuesday morning I called and they had a man at our house by the end of the day. Even in early June - everyone else said "Monday or Tuesday we might be able to work you in." By the way - the Tech wore BOOTIES over his shoes to keep our carpet clean!! After diagnosis, the OWNER came by to give us replacement estimates and get us on the schedule for the following week. I have a great opinion of this company - they seem to REALLY know what customer service is about! - they don't just pay it lip service.
