One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is proud to call Lee’s Summit, Missouri our hometown. One Hour’s owner, Steve Kurtz, was born and raised in Lee’s Summit. Steve spent several years in the eastern United States running manufacturing plants. In 2005, he and his wife, Denise, brought their family back to the area and took over Temp-Rite Heating and Cooling in Buckner, Missouri. Shortly thereafter, Temp-Rite joined the Clockwork Home Services franchise and became an independently owned and operated One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. In 2008, One Hour moved back home to Lee’s Summit.
Our offices were in downtown Lee’s Summit until March of 2015, when we moved to our new location. Our new offices are just off of 50 Highway and 3rd Street (you can see our building from 50 Highway), which means we are minutes away from repairing, maintaining, or replacing your Lee’s Summit furnace and air conditioner.
Should you need any help with your HVAC system, we would be happy to assist in any way possible. Whether it’s a repair, a scheduled service call, an estimate for a new heating and cooling system, or just a word of advice over the phone or via e-mail, we’re always willing to offer a hand. We also provide solutions for allergies, humidity problems, home automation, and many other home comfort issues.
